What a Brillant company to deal with, first of all I would like to thank Connor for the excellent service I received over the phone as we are based in Suffolk. I was looking out for a rational oven to replace our current one that has now well and truly past it best and can no longer can be used, so instead of buying new as this is a massive cost specially just after the Christmas period I searched online to discover this company refurbish secondhand ones. To my joy they had one in stock at a very reasonable price, I filled in the online enquiry and within 30 minutes I received a phone call from Connor. He took me through step by step of the company and its background on what they do to ensure what they sell is to a high standard, this gave me reassurance i are not going to get rubbish, I decided to go ahead with the purchase an invoice was sent and then from myself payment was made straight away . I then a few hours later had a phone call again from Conner that the order will be sent out tomorrow. Wow just wow on how quickly this was turned around that I will get my oven in before the weekend. I have no hesitation in recommending this company for any of their products, service was really 5 star. So if any business within the catering industry is starting out and don’t want to buy new go to these guys as you will be getting Quality secondhand products at a fraction of buying new and you still get a couple of months part warranty plus they said to me they are only on the end of the phone for anything we need or help.
