What's not covered

Please review the below before submitting a request — some issues fall outside our warranty and rental contracts.

The following types of problems are not covered by our standard sales parts warranty or rental contracts, as they relate to external infrastructure rather than the oven itself:

  • Insufficient or unavailable water supply to the machine
  • Blocked drainage beyond the machine connection point
  • Electrical supply problems beyond the machine
  • Gas supply issues beyond the machine connection
  • External heat sources within 30cm of the machine
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorised modification

Frequently asked questions

How quickly will you respond to my request?
We aim to respond to all service requests within a few hours on working days. For urgent faults where the oven is completely non-operational, please call us directly on 01227 469692 for the fastest response.
My oven is showing an error code — what should I do?
Note the error code and include it in your request description below. If you can, take a photo of the display and send it to us on WhatsApp — this helps us diagnose the issue faster and may allow us to resolve it remotely.
I'm not a rental or warranty customer — can you still help?
Unfortunately we're unable to carry out repairs outside of our rental and warranty agreements. We recommend finding an engineer in your area who specialises in commercial combi oven repair.
Will there be a charge for my repair?
For rental customers, maintenance and repairs are included in your contract at no additional cost, provided the fault is not due to external infrastructure or misuse. Sales customers within warranty are covered for parts. We'll always be upfront if anything falls outside your coverage before carrying out work.
What if the problem is with my water, drainage or gas supply?
Issues with external services — such as water supply, drainage beyond the machine, or gas supply — are not covered under our warranty or rental contracts, as these are infrastructure issues rather than oven faults. You'll need to contact a plumber or gas engineer for these.
