This form is exclusively for current CaterCombi rental customers or those who remain within their active warranty period.

Please note that our warranty is parts-only; therefore, if you are within your warranty period, an engineer’s job sheet outlining the required parts must be provided so that we can arrange supply. Unfortunately, CaterCombi is unable to carry out repairs or servicing for customers who are not in an active rental agreement.

*Friendly Reminder:

As a reminder to all our valued sales and rental customers, we want to take this opportunity to remind you of the potential problems with your equipment which are not covered by either our standard sales parts warranty, or our rental contracts:

- Machines with problems due to external services. Examples of this include (but are not limited to): insufficient or unavailable water supply, blocked drainage beyond the machine, electrical problems beyond the machine, gas supply issues beyond the machine, surrounding heat sources within 30cm of the machine. 

- Machines which are not being cleaned and maintained in line with manufacturer guidelines
(user manuals available to all customers to clarify this).

- Call-outs logged where we are not permitted full and unrestricted access to the machine for the full time the engineer requires to diagnose and attempt repair.

- Chef/operators misuse. Accidental damage or the machine not being in used within manufactures guidelines. 

- If a callout is carried out on either a machine within parts warranty or a machine on a rental contract, where one of the above conditions are found, there will be a Callout charge, labour and potentially a part charge payable,
in lines with our
terms and conditions.

- It is NOT our desire to ever have to charge a customer this way, it is not in our business interests or yours, so please ensure none of these factors are causing your machine problem before a callout is placed.
