What's not covered
Please review the below before submitting a request — some issues fall outside our warranty and rental contracts.
The following types of problems are not covered by our standard sales parts warranty or rental contracts, as they relate to external infrastructure rather than the oven itself:
- Insufficient or unavailable water supply to the machine
- Blocked drainage beyond the machine connection point
- Electrical supply problems beyond the machine
- Gas supply issues beyond the machine connection
- External heat sources within 30cm of the machine
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorised modification
Not a rental or warranty customer?
We're unable to carry out repairs for customers outside of an existing rental contract or warranty period. We recommend finding an engineer in your area who specialises in combi oven repair.
