Installation and Warranty

Your oven must be installed and commissioned by a fully qualified combi oven engineer in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines and legal (Gas Safe, if applicable) requirements. Incorrect installation will void the warranty, and CaterCombi cannot be held responsible for resulting issues.

To activate your parts warranty, an installation worksheet must be completed and submitted. You’ll find a warranty card enclosed with the machine's paperwork — please have this filled out by the installer and submit it below.
