Installation and warranty
Every combi oven we supply is covered by a 3-month parts warranty. To activate it, your oven must be installed by a fully qualified engineer and the enclosed warranty card completed and returned to us.
Installation must follow the manufacturer's guidelines and, for gas models, Gas Safe requirements. Incorrect installation voids the warranty, and CaterCombi cannot be held responsible for any resulting faults.
How to activate your warranty
Three steps, and we'll confirm by email once it's live.
Book a qualified engineer
Your oven must be installed and commissioned by a fully qualified combi oven engineer, working to the manufacturer's guidelines. Gas models must be installed by a Gas Safe registered engineer.
Have the card completed
A warranty card is enclosed with your machine's paperwork. Your installer fills in the installation job sheet on the day and signs it off.
Send it back to us
Submit the completed card using the form below, with the job sheet attached. You'll receive confirmation from service@catercombi.com once your warranty is validated.
What your warranty covers
Parts only, for three months from the date of delivery.
Covered
- Replacement parts for 3 months from the date of delivery
- Components that fail through manufacturing or refurbishment fault
- Technical support from our service desk
Not covered
- Labour, call-out charges and engineer time
- Ovens installed by anyone other than a qualified engineer
- Limescale damage where no water treatment is fitted
- Damage from misuse, incorrect cleaning or accidental damage
- Consumables such as seals, gaskets, lamps and filters
