Yes. We buy ovens in all conditions, including faulty, damaged, and non-working units. The offer will reflect the condition, but we'll always make an honest assessment.
Is collection really free? ▾
Yes — collection is free anywhere in mainland UK. We organise everything and there are no hidden logistics charges subtracted from your payment.
How do you pay? ▾
We pay by bank transfer. Payment is made upon collection, once we've inspected the unit and confirmed it matches the description.
Can I part exchange against a new (refurbished) unit? ▾
Absolutely. Part exchange is a great option if you're looking to upgrade. We can offset the value of your old oven against the purchase of a refurbished unit from our stock.
Do you buy single ovens or bulk lots? ▾
Both. We buy single units from individual kitchens as well as bulk lots from large catering operations, hotel groups, and equipment dealers.
What information should I have ready? ▾
The brand and model number (usually on a plate inside the door), an honest description of the condition, and a couple of photos if possible. That's usually enough to give you a solid offer.
