What’s Included in a CaterCombi Warranty?
All our refurbished ovens come with a standard 3-month parts warranty. In some cases, extended coverage is available (up to 12 months), depending on the unit and your needs.

Parts & Components
The warranty covers all mechanical failures, whether that is a heating element, fan motor, or a control panel the warranty will cover the cost of the replacing the part.
Labour Costs
The warranty covers parts only, so all labour costs aren't covered under our warranty.
Installation
Due to our Nationwide delivery coverage we are not able to do not provide an installation service, however there are several contractors up and down the country who we can recommend. (Improper installation is one of the most common warranty voiders!)
What’s Not Covered?
Our goal is transparency, so here’s what falls outside standard coverage:
Damage due to misuse, incorrect installation.
Cosmetic wear that doesn’t affect performance
Third-party tampering or electrical faults not related to the unit itself
