About this oven
The CaterCombi waste drain pump is designed to work with 6, 10, 20 or 40 grid combi oven installations where the waste needs to be pumped away. This is typically either because the waste outlet in the kitchen is higher than the waste outlet of the oven, or if the kitchen waste is located far away from the combi's location.
Key specifications
- Works with oven waste connections as low as 40mm from the floor
- Maximum delivery head of 7 metres Maximum flow rate of 126 litres per minute
- Built-in float switch, so the pump starts and stops automatically
The pump is designed to connect to a standard waste 1 ½” or 50mm Rational pipework, and the water is pumped out from the top of the pump via a 22mm cooper tube. It is supplied with a 90’ bend albeit this can be adjusted by your onsite team to suit your building requirements.
It is highly recommended that this system is installed by a fully qualified plumber or catering engineer.

If purchased with a combi oven, it will be sent on the pallet with the machine, so delivery is free of charge.
