Tundish

The CaterCombi Tundish is a compact, reliable solution designed to safely manage wastewater from a 6 and 10 grid commercial combi ovens. Engineered for easy installation, it provides a visible air break between your oven’s waste outlet and the building’s drain system, helping prevent backflow, reduces the water temperature and ensuring full compliance with commercial kitchen regulations.

264mm wide x 165mm deep x 140mm high

Drainage kit

These push-fit drainage connections offer a quick and easy way to connect your combi oven to the existing drainage. This drainage kit is temperature re-enforced and designed to work with high output combi ovens.

Suitable for: Use with combi ovens, gas or electric. Brands they connect directly onto include Rational, Bonnet, Convotherm, Eloma and Lincat. These can also be used with other brands of combi ovens but you will need a rubber connector (which we can supply).

The drainage kit comes complete with:

5pcs Pipe 50x500 mm long

3pcs elbow 45° bend

1pc TE fitting 50 mm

1pc socket (coupling)

5pcs elbow 90°
