The Hobart Bonnet Combination Oven allows for multiple cooking combinations, up to six at a time. With twenty grids, it is ideal for high-output cooking and well-suited for larger establishments. Able to store up to one hundred personal recipes, with eighteen as standard. Complete with technology such as CoreControl, which can reduce power consumption by up to a third, and direct steam injection, which can save you up to 50% on water use.
